INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 cups mixed dried fruit (I used dried apples, raisins, and dates)
  • 1-1/2 cups applesauce
  • 2-1/2 cups large flake oats
  • 1 cup BioX Power Whey Complex protein powder
  • ½ cup mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a smaller bowl mix together: mixed dried fruit, applesauce
  2. In a separate bowl mix together: large flake oats, BioX Power Whey Complex protein powder, mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds, ground flax seed and cinnamon
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and blend well
  4. Place in a 13 x 9 greased baking dish and smooth batter evenly in pan
  5. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes
  6. Cut and freeze into individual portions
  7. Enjoy!
