INGREDIENTS- 1-1/2 cups mixed dried fruit (I used dried apples, raisins, and dates)
- 1-1/2 cups applesauce
- 2-1/2 cups large flake oats
- 1 cup BioX Power Whey Complex protein powder
- ½ cup mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup ground flax seed
DIRECTIONS- In a smaller bowl mix together: mixed dried fruit, applesauce
- In a separate bowl mix together: large flake oats, BioX Power Whey Complex protein powder, mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds, ground flax seed and cinnamon
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and blend well
- Place in a 13 x 9 greased baking dish and smooth batter evenly in pan
- Bake at 350* for 15 minutes
- Cut and freeze into individual portions
- Enjoy!
