  Tangy Hot Avocado Chicken Dinner  
         
 

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
1 large Avocado
Chilli Flakes For Taste
Brown Rice (Try Omitting Butter & Salt when preparing rice)

Liquid Mixture

4 Lemon's Juice
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Tsp Oregano
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
4 packages of Splenda

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop avocado into cubes, add a little lemon juice, then sprinkle with chilli flakes. Set aside
  2. Combine Ingredients listed in Liquid Mixture
  3. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat.  Add Chicken, allow to cook for 5 minutes
  4. Flip chicken, add liquid mixture.  Reduce heat to medium and cover.  Simmer 10 minutes
  5. Add avocado mixture, simmer 5 more minutes
  6. Serve over 1/2 cup Brown rice

    Note: You can add fresh chopped mango or bell peppers to the avocado mixture for extra flavour.  This clean eating dish is rich in high quality protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.  This well balanced dinner is easy to make and its presentable enough that you can serve this dish entree at a dinner party.  All while helping you sculpt a six-pack!
